This beamed
South-facing Paris apartment rental overlooks the vast cour
d'honneur (courtyard) of an undeniably glorious
hotel particulier, originally built by the wealthy
Parisian aristocracy of the 17th Century. The window view
with its impressive statues, grandiose staircases and
abundance of ivy, defies its central Marais
location, only a stone's throw from the justifiably notorious Place des
Vosges. This fully furnished Paris apartment rental has very high ceilings, is
bright, very quiet and offers complete privacy (it is not
overlooked). The sense of
quiet calm that reigns is complemented by the white-washed beams and
décor with its subtle Provençal
influences. Natural, light, warm colours
effectively play off more traditional pieces like the 18th Century
Napoleon III mirror and Louis XVI armchair to create an elegant yet
cosy space. If you are looking for a Paris apartment rental
that offers a great feeling of space without compromising on the
individual needs for privacy that your party members may have, then
this apartment would be a good choice.

The 'Marais'is
today amongst Paris' most characteristic neighbourhoods. It
is thriving, trendy and a delight to explore. It's medieval
lanes are home to more impressive mansions, museums, up-and-coming
artists' galleries and designers' showrooms than anywhere
else in town. That said, the area is artistic
rather than touristy and has been christened the latest refuge for the
Paris artisan fleeing the tourist-trampled
St-Germain-des-Pres. No surprise then that
some of the city's most authentic bistrots, brasseries, cafés and
street markets are to be found here.

Mr Burgess,
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your Paris apartment. The apartment was centrally located; it was extremely easy to get around. We felt well looked after and will certainly think of Paris apartments rather than a hotel in the future.

I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful vacation in Paris and loved your apartment as much as we did the last time...well, even more in fact. Our 2-week vacation rental was perfect - we saw the finale of the Tour de France, Giverny, Le Petit Prince at the Comédie des Champs Elysées, Monet's watercolours at the Orangerie, Chartres and lots of shopping! As always, Paris was absolutely wonderful. Thank you once again James for letting us feel like Parisians for a couple of weeks! Hope all is well with you. I'am already dreaming of our next visit to our adopted city and one of your Paris holiday rentals!
