Can't decide between a London or Paris vacation? Explore the best of both worlds at Alcazar. This Conran-designed classic French brasserie prides itself on offering the very best in contemporary cooking from both sides of the Channel, combining "simple English flavours prepared with the skill and tradition of the great French chefs". In the spirit of 'entente cordiale', the menu boasts starters of Scottish salmon with potato blinis, Burgundy escargots and foie gras and main courses which include traditional English fish and chips, fillet of beef and Normandy scallops. The a la carte selection in the restaurant area is complemented by good-value set menus for lunch, dinner and a much recommended "brunch" option for late-rising gourmets. In the evenings, the mezzanine bar comes alive to an innovative programme of contemporary live music and dance sets. Alcazar is situated close to Pad-a-terre's St Honoré and Louvre rental apartment in Paris , just a brief stroll across the Pont Neuf. Paris, the apartment and the vacation were all I we wanted from our time in Paris. We felt relaxed and at home and saw too many Paris site. For our next Paris vacation we would also like to go to Bordeaux for some wine tasting so a week in one of your apartents in Paris would be a perfect match. Merci.

We want to let you know how much we enjoyed your Paris vacation apartment. The apartment was everything we hoped for from our Paris holiday. It was clean, very well appointed and in a great location. The beds and linens were excellent. The kids did their homework every night at the table and we used the internet to keep in touch with people back in Canada. There are wonderful shops around the apartment and we were especially taken with taken with the 'boulangerie' on rue Vieille du Temple where we bought extremely delicious pastries every morning to accompany a coffee from one of the many cafés on the way. Thank you so much for everything. We would not hesitate to recommend your services to our friends and hope to stay in one of your holiday apartments in Paris very soon.
